By Gary Roberts

Once again, The Almighty was kind to Fast Fridays, after heavy rain all day, both Wednesday and Thursday, Friday was a beautiful sunny day. Congratulations to Bryan Yarrow on his double main event win last week, followed by a main event win at Costa Mesa, then last night he won the scratch main again.Bryan Yarrow

Chris Kerr leaves for Italy this week, to compete in the World Under 21 semi-final. Good luck, Chris! Bryan is going along too as a second reserve, in the hope of a ride.

A sincere thanks to all who attended the Auburn motorcycle swap meet last Sunday. The event was a big success. Events such as Fast Friday Speedway, Mammoth Bar motorcycle park, and the abundance of off-road riding trails throughout the area along with the good general hospitality shown to motorcyclists by most restaurant and other facilities in the area make Auburn a motorcycle friendly place. A motorcycle swap meet is another opportunity for motorcyclist to visit the Auburn area. If an out of the way place like Hanford can become famous for its motorcycle swap meet, so can Auburn. The organizers of the Auburn swap meet hope to hold another one in the fall. I will send out details when available. I would encourage everyone to support it.
