$2500 in purse and points funds per event

Buddy Ford (Quebec race promoter) will stage three outdoor ice races this winter for flat-track and include speedway classes. Click on photo at right for full picture of flyer. Speedway must have a minimum of eight riders, and since the majority of the speedway riders have (or are getting) the indoor "silver rockets" studs, they will be the standard for speedway this winter. Here is a photo of the screwsused in the tires for ice racing. Also see 1996 Ottawa Indoor, and USA 1997 National Indoor Championshipfor race results. Dates are:

The front protector is obligatory. The protector must be solidly fixed to the forks and follow as close as possible the wheel (approximately 2 inches) and go down to the axle level.
