A pleasant evening at Auburn , not too hot, certainly not cold. The track seemed consistent, although it did dry out towards the end, causing dust, blue groove, not a lot of overtaking, so many D1 races were won from the gate.

Again, there was a distinct shortage of riders, causing a lot of reshuffling of the program, canceling races, changing number of qualifiers etc.
