After missing last week's event, my cultural starvation was adequately fulfilled with. more great racing. But with Charlie Venegas and Chad Felicio still on the injured list the first division field seemed a bit down on numbers. Initially the track was a bit heavy, with a narrow racing line, but by the end of the evening, those present put on some good races.

Chris Kerr got his first ride in First Division. But it wont be a night to remember. Chris qualified from his heat and was going well in the semifinal when his motor seized. He went down, taking Bart Bast with him. In his semifinal again he was going well on his second bike, when this time the ignition failed.
